The kitchen is separated from the great room by a 9’ copper top breakfast bar. Also on the main floor you’ll find a kitchen pantry, a spacious four piece bath, the master bedroom with an exterior door to the large back deck, and a laundry room. There are two sets of stairs leading from the main floor. One takes you up to a semi-circular 26 foot diameter mezzanine level hung over the great room, which is furnished for yoga and a comfy corner for cuddling and tv. Double doors lead out to the balcony which sports a dining table for those occasional warm and sunny winter days. The other set of stairs leads to the upstairs bedrooms, each featuring a private balcony, and which are separated by a Jack and Jill 3 piece bathroom. One of these bedrooms is furnish with a double bed, the other a single. The house is heated with a wood stove (firewood provided) and a heat pump (utilities included in the monthly rental). The home is tastefully furnished which, for the right renter, includes a Knabe baby grand piano. It also comes with a pair of bicycles and, to the right renter, the use of a 2015 Ford F150 which seats six (in case you come from afar and would prefer to fly) is available at an extra cost.
